I'm writing to tell you about the exciting activiy I took part in on April 16th.On that day,all of our class gathered in the Sports part to participat in the activity in which we propagate a world of knowledge on the Olymoic Games.We gave the propaganda to citizens,as well as held a match of Olympic Games knowledge.Of course,we spared no efforts to give a minite introduction of Yantai and Beijing to foreigners so that we also had a chance to develop our spoken English

Succeeding in language learning

World is getting smaller. We meet many people with different languages. How can we succeeding in learning a foreign language? In my opinion, these are the steps and tools that we can use to learn:

1 A lot of practice - Practice makes perfect. Lots of practice will help us to memorize and discover the errors we commonly make.

2. Carry a dictionary - A pocket distionary is useful for getting the meaning of words that we have not learnt. It can also be used to communicate with foreigners.

3. A note book - It is extremely useful for recording various phrases or words that we come across in our daily life. It will greatly enlarge our vocabulary.

I believe, with the help from above, we will be able to learn a language and meet the standards of the course and be able to finish all the assignments.

As is known to us all,grasping a language is of great importance,for a language is a useful tool in communication.In order to learn a language well,we should do as follows.First of all,we should have a lot of practice.We should do some reading,writing and speaking everyday.Secondly,we are supposed to carry a dictionary and a notebook with us.Thirdly,we should meet the standards of the courses and finish the assignments in time.
