It's a common knowledge that the memories can be increase if you recites things often. For example, a person who always recites things can remember more at a time than an ordinary person. Why?Because the basic of short-term memory's molecular should be neuron's LTP, that the synapse electric quantity enhancement can maintain for a very long time . And the long-term memory molecular should be developed because of the CaMK-II in the neuron cell nucleus's biochemistry processes, causes the nerve cell to form the new synapse to process. So the memories can be developed by Disciplining.

As we all know,memory is of great importance to us.A good memory can help us memorize things clearly.But some people often complain that they can't memorize things well.Actually memory can be strengthened in many ways.First, reciting things again and again is one of them.For example,when we want to recite a new word,we can keep memorizing it for a few days.Second,we can memorize things by memorizing some other interesting ones related to them.
