  In the current economic crisis, China's export sector shrinks rapidly; converting from foreign to domestic market is deemed as the one way for many firms to increase their revenue and profits. However, this conversion of market does not solve all the present problems because those companies which focus on foreign market have many risks in domestic ones, including their choice of market and type of sales. Many exporting companies have had the lessons of huge loss due to poor choice of market and sale. Hence, how to choose their domestic markets and channels of sale is a crucial question.

  This paper begins with the analysis of how exporting firms can choose their domestic market and provides some strategies for those firms based on some fundamentals about markets and channels of sale. Exporting firms should choose secondary market as their target domestic market and sale through the channel with 2 levels; the 3-level channel of sale should be complementary tertiary radial-type market.
