1.All documents should be marked with IEC code 0292011580,LC NO. and date and the notation ‘ Import under non negative list of foreign trade policy 2004-2009 and covered under chapter 2 para 2.1’.

2. A flat charges of usd30.00 shall be levied on the bill value in respect of discrepant documents.

3. Any moisture content over and above 2 percent should be accordingly reduced from the net weight of material in the packing list.

4. Tolerence plus/minus 2 percent in quantity and value acceptable.

2.单据有差异时会被收取USD30.00
3.任何水分含量在百分之二以上时，装箱单的材料净重也要相应减少
4 +_2%的数量和价值公差是可接受的。
