The situation of our education
In China, parents send their children to kindergarden to let them adapt to the group living style first. Then, commonly at about 7-year-old the children can go to the primary school to receive elementary education. After 6 years' study there, they can go to the jounior middle school and have lessons for another 3 years. Children should finish the 9 years' study as it is a compulsory education. After the compulsory education, some students go to find jobs directly, some students go to professional schools, the others continue to study in the senior high school and then take examination to enter universities. Finally, they can get good jobs after gratuation. But among all the students, only half of them can enter the universities.
Nowadays, the education in our country has achieved great success. But it still can't satisfy the needs of the society. With the increasingly fierce social competition, the education system eagerly needs to be improved to fulfil the requirements of the society.
