Everyone has a dream. I often ask myself. When I was a little boy, I wanted to be a soldier with a gun so that I could defend our motherland.Now I am a young boy with a new dream——to be a doctor. I want to be a famous doctor, helping the sick and saving their lives.

I also saw some people who were suffering and dying of ill-nesses. I made up my mind to become a doctor, so that I can help the sick people and cure them of their diseases. China is a develop-ing country. She needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and lonely villages.

I want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to receive excel-lent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or any money.

I'll do every bit to cure the incurable. I hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no Aids, no fatal diseases. I'm confident that through the joint efforts of you and me, man will put an end to his bodily sufferings and this dream of mine will one day be brought into reality.

It has been three hundred years since the "Age of Reason"began; however, some essential reasons are now still blowing in the wind, rather than taking root in all men's hearts. Among them is the crucial idea the importance of scientific curiosity.
Without curiosity, students were forced to swallow innumerable facts, confess their validity and forget them after exams. Without curiosity, learners were bereft of the freedom to imagine, the ability to ask questions and the chances to modify the old theories. Without curiosity, how could our civilization,the Age of Reason, make progress?
I wrote here today to my readers, that in spite of the conditions of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream of waking up the rational curiosity which inhabits all human beings.
I have a dream that one day university labs will be open for 24 hours to students from any department to testify their own hypotheses and make their own inventions.
I have a dream that one day a professor and a student, or a "boss" and a researcher, will be able to sit down together at the table of equality to discuss problems like classmates or brothers.
I have a dream that one day more "why" questions than "how" questions will be raised by common users of computers or other home facilities so that they will transcend the "press-the button" satisfaction and become expert DIY ers.
It is the dream once carried out by Descartes, Newton and Maxwell in the way of their own times. And if mankind has not lost his creativity, he should keep it up.
If we keep up this dream, we will live out the true meaning of Montaignesque motto, "We are born to seek and quest after truth." Not only that, the dream will make us know that we believe what is worth believing and we doubt what deserves skepticism. It is curiosity that enables us to tell the true from the false.
If we keep up this dream, our material life will no longer be spoiled by unscientific administrations and our spiritual world will no longer be timely intruded by the opium of evil cults because the man and the society will then be armed with reason.
If we keep up this dream and stretch out the antennae of curiosity to explore the creation, we will be conveying new meanings of Shakespeare's lines: "beauty of the world, paragon of animals !"

Most importantly,I should have a harmonious family.The children should always talk to their parents about their happiness and sadness.The couple should appreciate and encourage each other regularly.We should also have more and more family time.The more we have time together, the more benefits we will get and the more harmonious our family will be. On the contrary, an inharmonious family will cause many problems and it is not unusual in our daily life that the happening of juvenile delinquency is due to the increase of family violence or many other things like this.So having a harmonious family is the essential of good life.

Also,making many good friends brings a lot of benifits to me.As the old saying goes,a friend in need is a friend indeed.Good friends can share their happiness with me.Good friends can listen to my distress carefully.Good friends can help me whenever I need them.Making all kinds of good friends gives me a good life.

Last but not least, reputation is also very important.With reputation, it is obviously that i can do everything confidently. With reputation,the society I join will be superior.With reputation, there is no doubt that everything will be done easily.With reputation,the people I meet will be knowledgeable.
