I was shocked after I received my exam mark. I stood there looking at it for quite a while. My surrounding seemed to have darkened. Things around me became silent.

I tried very hard preparing for this exam. Therefore, I was extremely disappointed with the mark written in big red writing on the top of the test paper.

I am not the only person disappointed. My parents, my family, my teachers and my friends will all feel this way as well.

Life seem to be cruel in such a competitive environment. But life does go on. And so will mine. I will try harder next time, find out what was wrong and make sure this will never happen again. In a way, this actually motivated me to try harder.

I Will Do Better Next Time
I had the mid-term examination last week,whose result made me sad.I had six exams,English,Chinese,maths included.I failed two of them.Hower the result didn't surprize me at all,for I had not studied hard for the past few months.I spent too much time getting online and playing computer games.
I regretted not having studied hard.I know success always comes from hard work.I make up my mind to learn from the falure and won't get online from now on.I will spend all my time on my lessons and try to do well in the final examination.I think I can do it!
