我心目中的十一化建是一个管理有方、技术过硬、企业文化浓厚的国际性团队，是以人为本的综合性建筑安装公司。

由我公司所承建的工程曾获得“中国建筑工程鲁班奖”5项、国家优质工程金质奖2项、银质奖2项、全国用户满意工程3项、全国优秀焊接工程6项、省优质工程55项，在2009年共和国60华诞之际举行的“百项经典暨精品工程”，由我公司承建的中国石油独山子石化1000万吨/年炼油100万吨/年乙烯工程、兖矿国泰20万吨/年醋酸和日处理1000吨煤新型气化炉工程及中海壳牌南海石化80万吨/年乙烯装置三项工程与“水立方”、“鸟巢”等100项工程共同荣获经典工程奖，以实力证明的我公司的技术水准。
