1.A in this way是用什么方法的意思，所以which前面的介词应该是in
2.A 意思是他们所有人 B应该是most people，most是形容词，后面不需要加of
C没有这样的说法，D应该是lots of
3.A whose 表示。。。。的，因为前面有主语，后面的成分是一个从句，就必须用引导词而不用its，D 明显是错的，of which 是表示。。。的。。。所以在这里不能用
4.D 这是一个强调句，原句应该是Who does it is not improtant but how he does it. 前面后面都是用从句

我来说一下三四吧
第三题，显然不是选A就是选B，因为定语从句主谓宾状成份都全了，which 和in which都用不上，所以要找与owner相对应的，whose为定语从句连接词，可选；its则代表另一句话，应该用连词and来连接，所以我比较偏向于A选项。
第四题，是一个倒装强调结构，这种题经常考但是却很容易辨认。选D没错
It is not who does it that is important but how he does it.
这里的it is ...that 就是强调结构了
如果我们将这个结构去掉，发现对原句并没有影响： who does it is NOT important but how he does it. 也就是将not倒装了
