帮忙翻译下英语

晚上的英语课free talk要讲的小笑话，有几句不会翻。
下面是内容：

一个中国人不小心和一个外国人发生了碰撞（这句用英语怎么说）
The Chinese says:"I am sorry."
The English says:"I am sorry too."
The Chinese says:"I am sorry three.."
The English says:"What are you sorry for(four)?"
The Chinese says:"I am sorry five...."
其实笑话到就这么完了，但是我还想加点什么进去说，因为太短了，比如说后面这英国人是什么反应之内的，但是自己水平不好,,不知道怎么用英语表达。
所以麻烦大家帮帮忙啦，6点前就要的 。
另外，我昨天回以前公司办些手续，这句话用英语要怎么说，
