做法:

3、将肉丁捞至锅边,青笋滤去腌汁倒入锅中炒半分钟,再倒入大葱段同炒约一分钟。

4、三样材料一同炒匀,炒至肉丁刚熟。

5、下花生仁,烹入滋汁铲匀后起锅。

6、装盘,上桌。
