Abstract:Against the backdrop of growing competition in both international and domestic market,we can reach our managerial goal of facilitating the value of an enterprise as a whole ,meet challenges of times , survive from the fierce competition and make continuous developmen.This thesis firstly states the current conditions of private enterprises.Then it shows the basic strategy of enhancing the core competency of private enterprises in terms of their cultures ,stragety ,strength and competition respectively.Finally,it demonstrates how to improving the the core competency of private enterprises.
