Abstract: The private enterprises have been facing intense competition in both domestic and international market.They can survive and develop in the fierce competition, only by constandly enhancing the core competitiveness,so as to upgrade the operational goal of their overall value and stand up chanllenges of the times.
This thesis starts with a brief introduction of the status quo of private enterprises.And it goes on with an analysis on some basic strategies to set up core competitiveness for private enterprises,
focussing mainly on such aspects as company culture,strategy,competency and competition and so on. It ends with a summary of the means how to enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises.
