47A Additional conditions

we confirm authenticity of our (bank) signatures quoted on the remittance letter DTD 08/12/2009 and on enclosed 'schedule.No.1' 'signature samples' and 'qulity inspection report' sent to you by DHL courier.

'schedule.NO. 1' "signatures sample" and 'quality inspection report ' are integral part of this DOC. credit.

thechnical sketches on technical card are not subject to checking by bank. they will be accepted as presented

photocopies of all present documents should be sent for our bank's files.

in case the presented documents are not in strict confornity with the D/C terms and conditions we will deduct EUR75 from the proceeds remitted as our discrepancy fee.

after receipt of credit conformed documents at our counters we will remit proceeds as per instructions of presenting bank.
