if和if only 引导虚拟语气的从句时有什么不同

if和if only都可以引导虚拟语气，而且用法也差不多，关于前面的动词形式，主要看时间词，例如
If only he could/would/might visit us 《tomorrow》 .(与将来事实相反）
he visited us 《today》 .（与现在事实相反）
he had/(could have) visited us 《yesterday》 .(与过去事实相反）
if only 翻译为“要是......就好了”
if用法和它相同
