关于linux无法启动的问题

装的xp与linux双系统。自检后，检测文件系统显示
checking file system 一段时间后显示：

unexpected inconsistency;run fsck manually
(i.e. without -a or-p options)
an error occurred during the file system check
dropping you to a shell.the system will reboot
....
...
...
run 'sentenforce 1' to reenable
give not password for maintenance
系统就停止工作了。
请问应该怎么做？
