forbid后加名词或动名词

先改成陈述句you would rather have whom...
have表示让某人干某事时，后面接动词原型，而非不定式或动名词。

their not having和they have not都可以。
其中后者是宾语从句，省略了引导词that。

think it good （for somebody） to do是固定搭配，it是形式主语，实际上真正主语为不定式。

to do有将来的意思
动名词有正在的意思
还是要看具体的动词了，有的动词要和to do搭配，有的则要和ing搭配。
