3—4岁幼儿,由于年龄的特点,对任何事物现象的认知水平都处于朦胧状态。对数的认识、颜色的分辨、事与非的判断力等等都不能很好的掌握。3岁的幼儿怎么玩棋呢?因此,我们将棋类活动与益智区的教育功能相结合,自制了符合幼儿年龄特点的棋类材料,丰富孩子们有关数、量、形、时空方面的经验,使孩子们了解事物之间相对关系,发展孩子思维能力。培养孩子做事专心克服困难以及独立解决问题的能力。
我们尝试着开展小班自制棋类游戏活动,主要从培养对棋类活动的兴趣入手;材料的制作和投放;教师采取的有效指导策略,促进幼儿的棋类活动发展等几方面,进行了初步的探索和研究。
