为什么我设置了这个div的margin-top:20px;可是还是和上一个div挨着？

你这个截图应该是在dreamweaver中的预览效果图

说明你的css还不是很正确，你的#rightside没有设置溢出隐藏，所以回出现如上的效果。

建议：

#rightside{width:200px;float:right;height:auto;overflow:hidden;}
