Seller, for any delay of failure of performance due to a force majeure occurrence, such as strikes, acts ofGod, inability to obtain labor, governmental restrictions (includingprohibition on import or export),enemy action, civil commotion, fire, unavoidable casualty or any cause beyondSeller’s or Buyer’s reasonable control whether similar or dissimilar to thoselisted above, notwithstanding whethersuch cause of delay or failure is operative at the time of making the contract.If a force majeure occurrence as defined above exceeds thirty (30) days, the party not claiming excuse under thisprovision may cancel the quantity involved.

卖方，由于不可抗力的发生而导致的任何延迟或者没有完成（供货义务），例如罢工、天灾、无法获得劳动力、政府限制(包括进出口的禁止)、敌方行动、民众骚乱、火灾、不可避免的意外或者超出卖方或者买方合理控制的原因不管和上述的是否类似或者相同。无论在签订合同时这些导致延迟或者失败（不能完成交货）的原因是否发生。如果如上述定义的不可抗力发生超过30天，当事方不用声明理由，这个规定可以取消所涉及的数量。

这个不可抗力条款，后面不太合理，一般发生不可抗力时，都要出具书面的官方报告并及时通知对方~
