We fully understand your situation, however, our products in stock haven't got the PPAP certificate yet. If you couldn't wait to get the products, we could arrange the transport of both samples and a batch of final product. But if the batch product isn't getting through your QC, thus, in need of refund or exchange, you would have to provide us with a written guarantee in advance that all the related expenses and responsibilities would be in your account.
