VB+ACCESS当前记录集不支持更新.这可能是提供程序的限制,也可能是选定锁定类型的限制

addnew处一直提示出错。。。

查一下你的MDB文件（就是hospital (1).accdb）是否设置了只读，或者被Access打开锁定了。
另：Open后别忘了 Close，养成好习惯。

之前有显示item是只读，就去accdb里面增加了权限，可问题还是存在
