weather的确是不可数名词，通常不加a,但在指比较具体的一天时，a bad weather=a bad day,比如，雅思口语话题事件篇曾经有这样一个话题：A Bad Weather Experience（一个糟糕的天气），要求应试者回答问题：
Describe an experience you had with badweather.
You should say:
—what sort of bad weather it was
—when it happened
—where you were when it happened
and explain how it affected you.
