The word is experiencing a dramatic increase in nuclear
techonlogy . This is not only for the poor ,undeveloped countries,
but also for the industrialized and developing nations.

Nowadays we are entering a new era of modern technology in which all kinds of new scientific skills and methods are being developed and introduced into our common life. Among all these new techonologies is the nuclear techonology, which is pretty promising but also debated a lot. This nuclear technology was introduced in 1960s after World War II into the industry and millitary uses and has been developing and increasing rapidly at present days. This technology is not only limited to be used for poor and undeveloped countries, but also used widely in industrialized and developing nations. On one hand, poor and undeveloped countries are using it for generating electricities at a higher efficiency than old ways of energy generated from coals and gases; on the other hand, advanced and developed countries are using it in generating electricities, developing nuclear weapons for the military purposes and so on. Nuclear technology is considered to be highly efficient with increased safety if controled properly. However, there has been several nuclear explosions in the electricity generating stations worldwide, since 1990s, which means it can be very dangerous and it can cause lots of nuclear contamintion if people do not use it wisely and carefully. Considering both of the positive and negative side of nuclear technology, lots of countries in the world have agreed to limit nuclear technology uses and estabilished stardard rules and procedures for using this technology. Hopefully, we can control nuclear energy better and make good use of nuclear technology, for the good of all humans in the future...

In nowaday world, as people are in hot debate on the pros and cons of fossil fuels, the development of nuclear technology as an alternative energy lead to even more severe discussion.
From the perspective of science, nuclear power is produced through the nuclear fission exothermic reaction. The uranium235 atom and neutron react to form more neutrons and smaller atoms. The neutrons produced in this reaction will react with other uranium235 atoms and a chain reaction is thus caused.(原谅我，前两天刚在物理课上学的，忍不住展示一下。）
Nuclear technology has been well-developed since the the 1950s. The advanced technology today offer safety guarantee. A recent research shows that more than 50% American promote the use of nuclear power. Public fear on nuclear stations is fading. Decrease in public fear is an important factor of the rapid development in developed countries since residents allow nuclear station be built within their community.
From the perspective of ecomony, nuclear power is definitely cheaper than any other natural resources once a nuclear power station is built up. Although the early investment is relatively higher, nuclear stations can work for many years which makes the overall cost actually lower. The developing countries which are facing energy shortage are likely to invest on nuclear technology due to economic consideration.
Also, nuclear power causes less environmental pollution than fossil fuels. Although some wastes from nuclear station is radioactive, the amount is extreme small. If the waste is handled properly, it will cause no affect to environment. This directly save government money on environmental purposes. Therefore, governments encourage the develop of nuclear technology.
On the other hand, nuclear power can be used on military purposes. Since most developed countries have developed nuclear weapons, they limit other countries from developing nuclear weapon. This action does help to prevent the spread of potential danger caused by nuclear power. But many countries still attemp to get nuclear technology because it is symbol of strong military power.
