哈哈 你的代码不行的 淘宝不支持js代码的
滚动的东西要加在这个代码里

<MARQUEE scrollAmount=9 width=500 height=800 direction=up>滚动的内容</MARQUEE>

其中scrollAmoun表示滚动速度 width表示宽度 height表示高度 direction表示方向（可以填up left right down）
