请问如何解决这个电脑蓝屏故障

蓝屏后的内容：

◆错误分析:有问题的内存(包括屋里内存、二级缓存、显存)、不兼容的软件(主要是远程控制和杀毒软件)、损坏的NTFS卷以及有问题的硬件(比如CI插卡本身已损坏)等都会引发这个错误.

硬盘问题，测一下硬盘，重新格式化硬盘再装系统试试。
