每天早上七点起床，十五分钟洗漱，做15分钟运动，读半个小时英文!

11点到12点开始煮中午饭，12点到12点半吃中午饭。
12点半到13点半午休。13点半到16点半画画
16点半到17点背单词。17点到17点半做运动

18点半冲凉，19点到22上网冲浪，看一些喜欢的英语电影
22点到23背单词，复习当天学过的新课文，新单词。
23点睡觉
