选D，难道found与find的过去式found不一样吗？为什么不是C

1.hear sb doing sth、不用不定式、这里为被动语态、不是过去进行时、而是现在分词doing作宾语补足语。
2.need doing=need to be done、选C要变成to be repaired。
3.found的过去式是founded、建立成立的意思。find的过去式是found。中华人民共和国建立在1949年10月1号、因此用一般过去式的被动语态。
