1 My ideal college teacher is kind, gentle, respect me, and experenced. He should encourage me when I am confused or having some trouble.He should take responsbility to us, teaching us the basic knowledge covered on the textbook. I met a terrible teacher, he just talks whatever he wants, it's more like a free speech class, and we really get the knowledge that should covered on the textbook, the result is we all get a bad grade on our finals.

2. There are some tips I can tell you how to learning English, I think we need speak more, language is not the way just remember, it's main purpose is talking and communicate with each other. But, the flaw for Chinese education in English language learning particularly is chinese teacher focus on grammar and reading, although I admit it's also very important, but these are less than speaking. In college, the most important goal for us is studying, not sexing.
