Dear hotel manager,
I am writing to express my unsatisfaction during my stay in your hotel dated 1 Jan, 2010. My room was 1203. The room was terrible when I stepped in. The room was messed up without cleaning. It took half an hour to tidy after I called the house-keeping services. The envirnoment was noisy. The service time for breakfast is too short, it is two hours started from 7:00-9:00am. As a customer, I really expect your hotel services can be further improved.
