Analyze the practical applications of particular elements of tort of Negligence regarding this case:
Li Wei audited the accounts of Wang Gang’s company. Later this company went into receivership. Li Wei lent money to Wang Gang on the basis of the audited accounts. He sued the auditors for negligence.

简单来说，Li要诉negligence in tort，要对以下问题进行举证on balance of probabilities:

1.duty of care: the auditor has a duty to present truthful audit report
2.breach of duty: default in the auditor's report of Wang's accounts
3.causation: Li's actual reliance on the auditor's report which in fact led to financial loss
4.damages: Li's financial loss thereof
5.remoteness: such loss is foreseeable （legal causation)

基本上就是这些elements，当然如果你能写出每条的core cases或者tests最好。
