在做初始样的时候，我们只能根据现有的纱线颜色来做，如果初始样和修改样就严格按照指定的颜色来做，那么染色所需要的时间久要十多天了，如果一个款式有几种色，那么所需要的时间会更长，而且做样板这么少的纱线，根本也不好染色。所以初始样和修改样，请尽量只批复款型、尺寸、做工方面的问题。对于客户需要的正确颜色的样板，我们再染大货纱线的时候会提供纱线的色样给客户批复，批复大货纱的颜色之后，工厂就会开始染大货纱，染好大货纱之后，我们就会提供完全正确颜色的产前板（或者大货板）。

For the right color model that customer needs , we have re-dyed yarn, when large cargo yarn color samples will be provided to the customer replied and approved the color of yarn.Then, the factory will begin to dye large goods yarn, after dyeing a big cargo yarn, we will provide full prenatal correct color plates (or large pallets).
