本人XX中学中四级学生XXX，之前报名於参加一月十六日贵机构的成功技巧工作坊活动，但在当天本人并未能出席该活动感到遗憾，浪费了贵机构的人力和资源，及自己损失了一个增值自己的良机，本人十分后悔及写下此信对贵机构致歉。并且希望本人经过今次之后还能参加贵机构的活动，不要因为本人而令其他同学错失参加贵机构的活动，抱歉。
