As the scientific and systematic training methods of dancing develop, the role of Pilates has been emphasized more and more frequently by those personnel in the circle of dancing, it had been introduced into the auxiliary training of ballet in order to improve the effect of the training later on. As its scientific effects starts to emerge and have been witnessed by us, we can't help thinking: whether the "academic" training method of folk dancing could provide services for the training system of us referring to its characteristics and make our dance training more efficient. Oriented from three aspects including the Pilates' middle part training of the body, training on those small parts of muscles and relaxation of both the body and mind, based on the analysis of the specific situation of folk training of dancing, this thesis is looking forward to an effective way in the combination of the two training methods mentioned above.

Due to the scientific and systematic development of dancing training, Pilate is drawing increasing attention from professionals in the field, and is introduced to the supplementary training of ballet so as to enhance the efficiency.
