The healthy is more and more important today . So we have to have a balance diet to make us healthy.I like a glass of milk and two pieces of bread for my breakfast . And for lunch ,i usually like a bowl of rice ,and some vegetables . The dinner is the best of three meals . I like some rice ,fish and some fruits. 词数超了点，不过整体还可以的。谢谢
