我的电脑老是蓝屏死机

我的电脑会突然蓝屏.提示为:
A problem has been detected and Windws has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error sceen , restart your Computer. Itf this screen appears agaim , follow these steps :

Check to be sure you have a deguate disk space ,If a driver is identified in the stop message , disable the driveror check with the manafacturer for driver updates . Try changing Video adopters
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates . Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing . If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components , restart your compater , press F8 to select Adranced Startup options , and then select safe Mode.

新机器还是老机器？有可能硬盘不行了。如果是神州的电脑用USB口的猫也出这种情况，或者是装了什么软件，引起冲突了。
