In the molden time, more and more people pay attion to their weight, it seems that everyone wants to lose weight.
Some of my friends think the bodyshap is very important, sometimes they couldn't buy the beautiful colthes just because of they are over weight. so they send their minds to lose weight. they even trid to eat the medication, but they were failed. some of them tried to lose weight by doing exercise, and they were succeed.
I think the appearance is important, but we should not pay too much attation to the appearance.
