这不是三种用法 而是三种不同的形式
play是原形 I play football 我踢足球
plays是第三人称单数时用 She plays football
playing是现在进行时或者动名词用法 例如：I like playing football(like后接动名词) I am playing football(我正在踢足球 表进行时)
