Firstly, many students lack the subjective initiative to acquire knowledge, which is especially common among young students, who are apparently not mature enough to restrict themselves. Then the way that teachers adopt to teach influences students deeply. Better enjoyable way than usual or even boring way. I met a wise teacher who is an academician and he can always handle the circumstance in class easily and students are eager to communicate with him and the other students in class.
