甲方与乙方就乙方实习期的工作事项达成如下协议：
1.针对海外学生来涵来电的询问，每个成功注册并缴费的注册申请，甲方支付乙方RMB100的奖金。成功的注册限于2010年2月1日至乙方实习期结束期间的独立注册学生，不包括团队的申请。
2.乙方应保管好自己工作范围内的客户资料、市场推广信息、数据库密码等资料的安全。不论是疏忽还是有意，泄漏上述信息与资料用作其它用途是严重的渎职行为，需承担相应的法律责任。

1.Towards the questions from the overseas students,every successful application for registration with payment,A should pay RMB 100 to B.The successful registration is limited from February 1st.2010 to the ending of B's internship work placement,not inclding the team applications.
2.B should keep safe of the clients data,market popularization information,database password and so on datas within his operating space.No matter B neglects or intends,to transpire information and data above as other use is a serious jobbery and B should burden homologous legal obligation.
