Java ，HttpUrlConnection.getInputStream() , 总是报403 error , 但是那个url 可以用浏览器打开

什么原因？ 如何debug ?
访问的是 百度
InputStream input = HttpUrlConnection.getInputStream(new Url("http://www.baidu.com") ,
while(input.read(buff)!=-1){
...
}
Error : java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://www.baidu.com

查看一下浏览器是否设置了代理，如果是的话，httpUrlConnection也需要设置代理。

403是禁止访问，一般网络安全上会这样设置，局域网内机器可能需要代理才能出站访问外网。
