All of us want to be healthy.But health will not come to us easily.Our body is a delicate "machine",in order to keep healthy,we should pay much attention to our lifestyles.First of all,sleeping,as a way of charging to our body in the night,is the most important.People must stop everything and lie in bed for sleeping before 22:30.Orelse we can't stay dynamic for the next day work.Second,life lies in movement.So we should take excises everyday,such as walking,jogging,running,and the like,to keep the blood moving smoothly.Third,we have to have heathy diet.Vegetables and fruits should take up more proportion in our everyday foods,and less meat,less drinks but more clean water.Of course,there are many kinds of factors that are affecting our health even lives,such as atmosphere,relations with other people,smoking,drinking,plague.Above all,heath will always favors those who have a healthy and wise mind.Let's keep healthy mind and then there is no doubt you will have a healthy body.
