启动tomcat 时没有报任何错误！大概是什么原因引起的呢？

这个web工程的实例已经停止啦，所以你不能连接mysql数据库 建议你看看你tomcat 在启动和类加载的时候有没有错 用logger打一下
最后报的是 参数形态例外啊
