求问《妙手仁心3》的一首英文插曲

这首歌已经问世至少七八年了，我中学时代曾在TVB电视剧《妙手仁心3》中听过，是一位叫Angel的女歌手所唱，歌名叫《Different As Night And Day》，又叫《NO Matter》。

这似乎是TVB自己创作并录制的一首短歌，曾经出现在多部TVB剧集的场景中作为配乐，旋律优美，一直被无数人寻找。但在网络上流传的大多是1分40秒左右有杂音的、未唱完的版本，始终见不到原版。
据说有人曾向TVB发邮件询问过，得到的答复是：这首歌在录制的时候就很简短，用于剧集配乐，并没有完整版。所以这首歌一度成为了传说的“未完成”的歌曲。
如今我大学毕业已经好几年了，今天无意中又听到这首歌，优美的旋律勾起无限回忆。不知过了这么多年这首歌是否已有完整版出现？我又开始在网上寻找，同时也求助各位网友，如果有谁找到了完整版的可否给个链接？或是发到我邮箱425221429@qq.com。
