Do you remember making any software or hardware changes on the computer prior to the issue?
The issue is related to driver NETwbw02.sys ( NETwbw02+98f4b ).
These were related to the NETwbw02.sys Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation.
Method 1:
You may try to download latest drivers from Intel website and then try to uninstall the Intel® Wireless WiFi drivers, reinstall the downloaded drivers and check.
Note: Make sure you download the latest version of Intel® Wireless WiFi from Intel Support website before uninstalling the same.
a. Press Windows key + X on the desktop Screen and select Device manager.
b. Expand Network adapter and right-click on driver and select ‘uninstall’.
c. Restart the computer.
Method 2:
If the issue persist, you may try the following steps and check.
Step 1:
Perform these steps to boot in Safe mode with Networking.
a. Right click at the bottom left of the desktop and select Run.
b. Type msconfig and hit Enter.
c. Now click the boot tab.
d. Place a check mark on the Safe boot option and select Network.
e. Click apply and then ok. Restart the computer.
Note: You need to uncheck the Safe mode option by performing the above steps to boot in normal startup.

If you are not facing the issue in Safe mode with Networking, then you may perform a clean boot and check.
A clean boot helps to verify if any third party application services or startup item is causing this issue.

按提示可以看到,你是被木马感染了系统。
请使用杀毒软件杀毒,建议你使用360安全卫士和360杀毒软件。
1. 先使用360安全卫士用扫描全盘,看是不是整个硬盘被感染了,处理掉。
2. 再用杀毒软件把病毒杀掉。
然后重启再查杀一边,这样就可以解决了。
