虚拟机ubuntu12.04 安装SSH 出错apt-get update 也无法更新 按照网上说法更换sources.list里面的源也不行

虚拟机ubuntu12.04 安装SSH 出错apt-get update 也无法更新 按照网上说法更换sources.list里面的源也不行由于宿主机是代理上网，ubuntu的firfox设置代理后也能上网的，在shell终端上也设置了代理上网，还是不能apt-get update 请高手解决。。。网上都说ubuntu是自动集成了openssh-server openssh-client 执行sudo apt-get install openss-client 提示已经存在的 就是openssh-server 有问题
/$ sudo apt-get install openssh-server

以上错误在网上搜到很多sudo apt-get update

The following packages have unmet dependencies：下列软件包具有未满足的依赖关系
在终端输入：sudo apt-get -f命令（修复受损软件包）
再安装试试：sudo apt-get install vim。
如果不行的话先更新一下：
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
