这个是混合虚拟语气，if从句表现在(因为有right now)，主句表将来。而if从句表现在，应该是if+主语+did，或者if+主语+were+宾语结构(仅if+主语+were+宾语可倒装，变为were+主语+宾语)
貌似选项里没有正确答案呢…
