大连客户陈昆新购CAT 336D/JBT00991 在11月29日交机3.8小时,30日报修说液压泵漏油。12月1日赶到现场,机器小时数为4.6小时,机器未做任何挖掘工作,经检查发现飞轮壳下面有油迹,打开飞轮壳底螺栓,里面流出液压油。初步判定液压泵轴头密封漏油。进一步检查又发现风扇泵壳体有沙眼漏液压油。客户当时很不满意,强烈要求更换新车。我们现场经过艰难协商说服客户更换密封和风扇泵。12月2日到达现场更换轴头密封,试车1个多小时无渗漏。12月4日客户再次报修液压泵漏油,5日到达现场,机器10.9小时,检查发现仍是轴头密封漏油。同时发现液压泵后壳体接逢处也漏油(此处需将泵解体更换密封)。客户强烈不满要求换车,不同意二次维修。通过我们和销售员连续多日的协商劝说,客户终于同意更换泵总成。经过公司领导和各方协调,促成紧急从WERC拆卸一台336D退机的泵总成,于12月13日为客户更换上,此时机器67小时,试车观察2.5小时工作正常,无渗漏。12月14日客户再次报修泵漏油。我们现场检查,机器76.6小时,仍为泵轴头密封漏油,又更换了轴头密封,15日报修仍然漏油。期间通过北京CT与徐州工厂CAT方面联系寻求支持,建议我们检查泵的联轴器,标准的上面应有匹配的数字,实际检查联轴器发动机一端有数字,液压泵一端无数字匹配,由此怀疑该车出厂装配时就存在问题,没有动平衡的匹配。遂将此情况及相片通过北京发给徐州工厂,无回复。经过同客户艰难协商, 12月22日在机器83小时按CAT的技术要求更换泵连接器组件和新的泵轴密封。现场按照标准载荷前热车20分钟,试车3小时,没有发现漏油。12月23日,客户再次试车2小时,没有发现漏油,12月24日客户试车4H,机器90H时发现漏油,我们当天下午赶到现场,检查发现泵轴密封又漏油。10年1月26日我们又更换了一次新的泵连接器(并检查新的连接器的匹配号都正确)和新液压泵,并现场检查客户的荷前热车,都符合我们CAT的技术要求。试车4小时没有漏油(当时是168小时)。10年2月2日客户再次保修漏油,现场检查机器当时186小时,仍旧是泵密封漏油。客户情绪非常激动,无法正常沟通,不允许在对该设备进行维修。要求必须退车解决问题。我将进一步跟踪事态的发展,及时汇报。
