大连客户陈昆新购CAT 336D/JBT00991 在11月29日交机3.8小时，30日报修说液压泵漏油。12月1日赶到现场，机器小时数为4.6小时,机器未做任何挖掘工作，经检查发现飞轮壳下面有油迹，打开飞轮壳底螺栓，里面流出液压油。初步判定液压泵轴头密封漏油。进一步检查又发现风扇泵壳体有沙眼漏液压油。客户当时很不满意，强烈要求更换新车。我们现场经过艰难协商说服客户更换密封和风扇泵。12月2日到达现场更换轴头密封，试车1个多小时无渗漏。12月4日客户再次报修液压泵漏油，5日到达现场，机器10.9小时，检查发现仍是轴头密封漏油。同时发现液压泵后壳体接逢处也漏油（此处需将泵解体更换密封）。客户强烈不满要求换车，不同意二次维修。通过我们和销售员连续多日的协商劝说，客户终于同意更换泵总成。经过公司领导和各方协调，促成紧急从WERC拆卸一台336D退机的泵总成，于12月13日为客户更换上,此时机器67小时，试车观察2.5小时工作正常，无渗漏。12月14日客户再次报修泵漏油。我们现场检查，机器76.6小时，仍为泵轴头密封漏油，又更换了轴头密封，15日报修仍然漏油。期间通过北京CT与徐州工厂CAT方面联系寻求支持，建议我们检查泵的联轴器，标准的上面应有匹配的数字，实际检查联轴器发动机一端有数字，液压泵一端无数字匹配，由此怀疑该车出厂装配时就存在问题，没有动平衡的匹配。遂将此情况及相片通过北京发给徐州工厂，无回复。经过同客户艰难协商， 12月22日在机器83小时按CAT的技术要求更换泵连接器组件和新的泵轴密封。现场按照标准载荷前热车20分钟，试车3小时，没有发现漏油。12月23日，客户再次试车2小时，没有发现漏油，12月24日客户试车4H，机器90H时发现漏油，我们当天下午赶到现场，检查发现泵轴密封又漏油。10年1月26日我们又更换了一次新的泵连接器（并检查新的连接器的匹配号都正确）和新液压泵，并现场检查客户的荷前热车，都符合我们CAT的技术要求。试车4小时没有漏油（当时是168小时）。10年2月2日客户再次保修漏油，现场检查机器当时186小时，仍旧是泵密封漏油。客户情绪非常激动，无法正常沟通，不允许在对该设备进行维修。要求必须退车解决问题。我将进一步跟踪事态的发展，及时汇报。
