摘要:随着劳动力成本逐年提高,车间自动化发展越来越迅速,各类机械手的研究及应用具有重大的社会效益及经济效益。机械手在车间扮演着不同的角色,在提高生产率降低生产成本的同时也可以代替工人完成各种枯燥甚至危险的工作。
本次设计的机械手所要达到的动作要求是机械手的升降,回转以及手腕的转动,在比较了各种驱动方式后,最终选择了液压驱动。本文设计了机械手的回转、升降机构以及液压驱动系统,并对轴承、悬臂枝杆等关键零部件进行了设计校核。
本课题设计的机械手及其驱动系统能实现圆柱类工件的搬运动作,节省了人力,具备较大的实用价值。
