谈到求职中更重要的能力和学位，有些人认为能力比学位更重要。然而，我认为学位应该得到更多的关注。这并不是说求职者的能力不重要。

There are some main reasons to support this view.First and foremost,higher degree is play a important role in our job-seeking.We often can have word that nowadays interviewers place greater emphasis upon education background.

支持这一观点的主要原因有：首先，更高的学历在我们求职中起着重要的作用。我们经常可以说，现在的面试官更重视学历。

Without being well-educated, You have no chance to send the resume,how to show your ability?Besides,knowledge is a key factor in our future.Different kinds of jobs need the different types of background.If you want to be a scientific researcher,you should get a higher degree. In contrast, there is no special requirements in some service fields.

In my opinion,diploma may be more important in the old time of China since there were few university students,while it is not the same case today.
The importance of ability and diploma both depends on how it is recognized by the company or how it is related to the employees’ salaries.A person who holds a diploma is considered to be higher educated and thus relatively has higher opportunity to enter the door of a company.However,it becomes worthless if the person is lack of practical ability.As there are too many graduates,most of the companies prefer give an interview to choose the abler one,instead of offering training afterward.It happens because employers think a good academic student may not be good at using their knowledge in the workplace.
Therefore,the trend of companies’ recruitment system indicates that ability becomes more and more important nowadays.
在我看来,文凭也许在中国的旧社会中显得更加重要,因为那时只有很少的大学生,但今时今日已经不同了.
能力和学历哪一个更重要取决于哪一个更被公司认可,或者哪一个更能和员工的工资挂钩.一个持有文凭的人被认为是经过高等教育的,因此会有相对高一些的机会踏入公司门槛,但是如果这个人非常缺乏实践能力,文凭也会显得一文不值.因为现在有太多的大学生了,大多数公司都会采取面试的方式筛选较有能力的人,而不是招聘过后才慢慢培训.这是因为现在的雇主会认为一个学术方面很优秀的学生未必能够在工作岗位上运用他们的知识.
因此,从公司的应征新人的系统趋势就可以看出,个人能力在现今变得越来越重要了.

It is always a hot topic that what should a boss focus on more, someone pay their attention to ability, and what they think is "ability is everything" ,but at the same time, some others argue that the opposite one--diploma is more important.
In my opinion, different choice should be made on different occasion, in other words, in different situation. If person the boss faced are young men who just graduate from universities, then diploma and how does the man show in university should be think about more, there is an old saying: a man should always be responsible for his job(在其位，谋其政）,as a student ,he has an obligation to do his study well ,and at this point ,a beautiful school report card is great, at least it proves his study ability, which is very essential for the coming days, and because he is so young that he owns the enthusiasm on work, which is also a necessary factor. But if whom the boss faced is a forty old man and just fired a company or be fired by the original corporation , then the boss would think a lot of such things as work ability , experience and so on. Then the diploma would be seen nothing as it is just a history to him.
All in all ,both of them are important, of course ,there are some else are also indispensably, to the boss ,before making a choice, think about what he want best, namely, which person he need best is most important.
